- Water2 cups (approx. 500ml)
- Korean rice cakes (tteokbokki style)1/2 cup
- Bok choy1 small head, halved or quartered
- Octopus1/4 cup, chopped (or 2-3 small tentacles)

In a small pot, add chili oil and heat over medium-high heat.

Carefully crack the egg into the hot chili oil and let it cook for about 30 seconds to a minute until the whites start to set.

Add the raw shrimp, chopped green onion, and sliced garlic to the pot.

Empty the Shin Ramyun soup base and veggie mix packets into the pot.

Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a rolling boil.

Once boiling, add the instant ramen noodles and Korean rice cakes.

Stir gently to ensure all ingredients are submerged and cooking evenly.

Add the bok choy and chopped octopus to the pot.

Continue to cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the noodles are tender, the shrimp and octopus are cooked through, and the bok choy is slightly wilted.
